Yes! The systems we teach work with ANY practice management software. Whether you use Cornerstone, ezyVet, AVImark, IDEXX Neo, or any other system, the principles and systems are adaptable.

If you don't have a practice management system or other inventory software at all, this program will still work for you but please know there is a strong focus on leveraging technology. Some of the program will not be applicable to you.

The live events will total 2 hours per month, and we recommend setting aside 1-2 hours per week for implementation. The good news? The systems you create will save you many more hours each week once implemented!

Absolutely! In fact, that's when these systems are MOST valuable. We'll help you identify the highest-impact areas to focus on first, so you can get quick wins even with limited time.

Nope! If you're unable to join us live (although, I encourage it if it works within your schedule) the sessions will be recorded. They'll be available within 24 hours of each session and you'll have access to the recordings for the duration of the program.
